| Thanks for all the prayers, calls, visits etc. during Chris's hospital stay. He's doing much better now. I am so thankful that the Holy Spirit led me to take him to the emergency room when I did. Proof that God is in control and guiding us even when we don't realize it. Praise be to God for healing my husband!

1st hang out night at the Mycoskies was a success!! I had a lot of fun. Thanks to everyone who came. I feel like our apartment has finally become a home, and I love sharing it with people.
Chris and I bought some new artwork from Kirklands. I am sooo excited. They were having a big sale. I love that place!!! When I was little, my mom used to drag me in that store all the time, and I hated it. It's amazing how things change.
Saw my classroom this week. Wow, I have a classroom!!! I know I have a lot of work ahead of me, but I look forward to it to. I am happy and nervous at the same time.

| My hair is now short. Got it cut Tuesday. I like it, and Chris does too!!
I accepted a position at Claiborne Christian School. I will be teaching 4th and 5th grade Reading English Language Arts and 5th and 6th grade Bible. I'm nervous and excited at the same time. Not too sure what I'm doing yet!! Guess that's what new teacher orientation is for!

| So, the apartment is coming along!! We are still weeding through stuff and figuring out what to do, but it is looking a lot better. Poor Chris!! His sports stuff is pretty much confined to one room, the office/guest room.
I tried a new recipe ( Rosemary Lime Chicken) tonight, and it was yummy!! I was a little amazed that I didn't screw it up!
I love being a wife. I wish I could be a stay at home wife  However, I am looking forward to getting my career started (wherever that may be). I have had some positive encounters, but nothing is set in stone. Thanks to those who have helped me out.
Chris and I leave Saturday morning for Arlington. I have a friend getting married, and we are also getting our present from his dad and step mom. Movie night at our place at some point after we get back!

| So the wedding was fabulous. It was everything I wanted it to be and more. Thanks to everyone who made the trip. I loved being able to share it with you.
So these days consist of getting the apt. in order, and what a big job it is. I'm having fun setting up house but will be glad when it is done at the same time. Thank you Marty, Naomi, Brian and Kim for cleaning up the place and making it so adorable!!!! It made me alot less intimidated of the big work ahead and motivated me to start finishing the rest of it!!
Thank you Jesus for wonderful friends and a magnificent husband!!!
